Twenty-six years experience in commercial and industrial restoration. Approved for O.S.H.A. Safety Compliance, F.I.T. Test, Respirator Test, and corrugated steal roof application certified. Ross has a comprehensive knowledge in all equipment maintenance and re-builds.
Ted Dupaski
Roofing Estimator / Project Manager
30 Years experience in Commercial and Industrial Roof System Applications. Approved for installation of single-ply E.P.D.M. and T.P.O Systems, Modified Bitumen and Bilt Up Membrane Hot Applied Torch-Down roofs. Attended asbestos removal and O.S.H.A. safety complience schools and procedures. Certified for metal roof restoration with elastomeric coatings.
Scott Navratil
Estimator / Project Manager
Fifteen years of experience working in commercial and industrial restorations. Scott provides value to the customers by identifying their needs and tailoring product offerings to fit their needs and budget. Scott has extensive knowledge in surface preparation of new and existing substrates. Proven ability to manage key account relationships as well as oversee large-scale projects. Senior management experience includes meeting with customers, and training employees.

Administrative Assistant
Nine years of experience in the construction industry, three of those at Southwest Companies. Susan is the Administrative Assistant, she performs various tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing of accounts payables and receivables, as well as assisting the President and Vice President.
